helpful staff on-site spa nice area convenient location

the staff was very helpful. i used the on-site spa. the reception area provided a nice space. i also appreciated the convenient location with many nearby places to visit.

the street outside was busy. i could hear some car noise during the evening and night.

The hotel lobby do looked nice.

The reception staff shown a lack of help, directing me toward an Uber app, and not assisting with a taxi when needed. My room seemed considerably smaller than any picture had suggested. The room was too small and lacked a table. the staff were not very friendly.

The location offered quick access to local attractions and transportation. My room included modern fixtures and ample space for luggage. The hotel staff was very professional, and they were particularly helpful with directions. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of fresh options daily.

The rooftop bar music was audible in my room until late hours.

Staff seemed eager to assist with luggage.

The room I booked looked quite different from pictures. The size was much smaller, and some furniture pieces showed significant wear. A visible tear was present in the armchair fabric. These issues were not critical, but did detract from my overall satisfaction.
